14" Silver Charmeuse Beauty

$225.00
sold out

This one-of-a-kind 14”x72” silk scarf is Charmeuse silk with a hand-rolled hem. It is dyed in Logwood (a tree that grows in Mexico and Central America) and then dipped in iron water, to attain the purple/silver color.  We offer you a collaboration with the plant spirits of Nandina, Sycamore, Sumac, Eucalyptus, Marigold, Four-Nerve Daisy, Lamb’s Quarters, Tallow, and Maple. The insect Cochineal which lives in the white fluff found on the Prickly Pear Cactus gives the dots of bright pink color.
